This set of Phillips/Randall notes has crisp and original paper.
This attractive set of notes includes five that feature the signatures of John Phillips and Richard Randall. Phillips was the Governor of the Reserve Bank of Australia between July 23rd 1968 and July 22nd 1975. Randall was the Secretary to the Treasury between October 28th 1966 and October 31st 1971.
To put their purchasing power in context, a week's average wage in 1970 was around $20.
These particular notes remain in attractive condition - they have crisp and original paper, sharp corners and edges, lots of bright colour remaining and very minimal folding.
This is an appealing set of notes that will cost a fraction of the price of a set in Uncirculated condition and can be handled safely without fear of damaging them.
