PCGS have graded just 5 examples of this overdate variety so far.
The Australian half sovereign dated 1860 is one of the rarest coins in the entire series - it is very difficult to obtain, even in the lowest condition possible.
The auction of the Reserve Bank of Australia's gold coin archives, conducted by Downie's in Melbourne in November 2005, was perhaps the first time ever that multiples of this date had been offered at one time. One lot of five average circulated 1860 half sovereigns were included in the sale, as were five other individual examples, none were graded better than about Very Fine condition.
This particular example is even scarcer than the standard 1860 Sydney Half Sovereign - if you check the area around the base of the obverse, you'll see traces of a 5 clearly beneath the 6 in the date.
It has a good amount of details both sides, and has been graded by PCGS as having original surfaces - not an easy thing for a relatively soft gold coin that circulated for more than 7 decades!
